Heylooo everyone! How are you all doing? I had an interesting week and yep yep yep, it was my birthday week. My birthday was on Monday and since it was on the first day of the week it didn’t feel like a birthday at all. Monday office meeting freaked me out and I was officially pissed. My birthday cake melted before I got to eat it…….we all know how hot the weather in Abuja is…….it was a very beautiful, soft and tasty cake and it had vanilla and chocolate flavours. I enjoyed every bite!

Google made me wear the biggest smile that day. I don’t know how it happened……it was a huge surprise and I couldn’t but help take a snap shoot of Google wishing me a happy birthday……..I felt awesome……..like a celebrity.

Here’s what my birthday cake looked like…….the icing melted before my eyes…..annoying!Thanks to Frost cakes for making my day. Officially 32. I told you all that I was going to try something new. Well, I did. I had a professional make up artist do my makeup for a photoshoot to mark my birthday. This was my first time of having someone do my makeup. It was really weird, time consuming and a bit uncomfy………..first time always feels weird. These are not the official photos. fingers crossed.

Eventually, the makeup session ended and I had a professional photographer take my photos. At the end, I learnt  two things; not to be afraid of trying new things even when they seem weird or absolutely stupid…….as long as you are not killing anyone, be adventurous and satisfy your curiosity. and secondly, I love my naturally self and nothing can change that……the makeup didn’t make me feel better about myself or sexier. All washed up and ready to enjoy the rest of the birthday week with a cleaner and fresher face……see you later!
