WORK, CHOP AND PLAY….WHYTE’S STYLE.

I was supposed to post this on Monday…..better late than never joor.
Amies……trying not to forget the small French I learnt in 2006. Yes, I attended French school in 2006 just before my NYSC and guess what! two months ago, I met my French teacher in a very awkward circumstance (another gist for another day) and he is now a politician though a member of an unpopular political party.
Anyway, my weekend was great but I had a lot of things to do and very little time. I had a deadline to submit a report  but  the time was very short and then some things begin to happen and when things like those things happen one starts to think about “spiritual attack”. Like the other day, I had done a very power point presentation and was about to present to the team and suddenly my laptop couldn’t work….chei! I almost cried,  but then I had to tell my colleagues that my village people are at work again…they laughed at me. Anyway, this weekend was not a ‘village thing’ but abeg time was not enough but I eventually met my deadline. I hope my boss is pleased.

TY and Isy requested that I played with them but body no be firewood as I was exhausted, but we did find time to play ring a ring a roses…. and then I watched Tom and Jerry with them. There’s never a dull moment watching that cartoon; as a child even as an adult it cracks me up like crazy.
God answers prayers, even the smallest thoughts cum prayers; there was a time I really needed a nanny to help me with the house work and God answered my prayers. Blessing is really a blessing to me and my household and I give thanks to God……..I hope she stays this way *wink*.
I prepared this meal for the kids and they loved it. Isy loves his carrots and I sometimes find myself putting carrot in all his meals like carrot and golden morn, carrots in rice, carrots in pasta, carrots  and toast, carrots and……well name it all. Even when he gets married, that’s something I would tell his future wife to always do….hehehe.
