Today, I am wondering…like I always wonder. Has anyone figured out one could have the desired sex of baby He/she wants to?. Okay, let me rephrase the question. Is there anything one can do to have the sex of baby of his/her choice?. Like if you want a girl, the couple is expected to plait their pubic hair or shave it if they want a boy…….so I heard. I also heard……I keep hearing things…..you should have sex with one eye closed if you want a male child and keep your two eyes open if you want a female child…….that is while having sex…….wonders shall never end!. The one I can’t believe is putting a frog under your pillow after sex and you will have a female child…..they say the frog chases away the male spirit with its slimy nature. I have heard a lot of things and I am wondering why my ears are still active.


A friend (she has four lovely boys) recently told me that someone told her (is it gossip?) that if she wants to get a female child she should eat 3 alligator peppers, get naked and dance Azonto three hours before “the actual thing” with her husband, while the husband should strip off his clothes and dance to kokobilo before the actual thing. I couldn’t help but laugh……..at how funny they both would look and how stupid the advisor is. People actually come up with all sorts of rubbish and assumptions and some people just believe them.


My former neighbour who has five girls and wanted a boy desperately, sought advice from an illiterate friend of hers and she told her that if she wore shorts and fought with her husband regularly, they would have a male child and off she went with that idea. One cool morning, I saw her in shorts, very very odd……I was even thinking maybe I had Appollo aka Chicago Bulls aka Conjunctivitis and I couldn’t see clearly, I washed my eyes quickly looked at her through my window and I started laughing. It was not until she started fighting with her husband that she confessed that her friend told her to do all that. Please if you have any authentic “method” or “a to do list” on how to get a particular sex of one’s choice…….Please send me an email. We need to spread the right message. 


And for those in the south-western part of Nigeria, I heard gist that there is this yam that is eaten  by women in a particular community that makes them have twins…..hehehehe…. Is it true?. Well if it is true, I yearn, long and seek that kind of yam. I am ready to order a trailer load of the yams, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be yam….my husband too must join me on this one oh. We will fry, boil, blend, roast and even plant it……chei….I can’t wait. Just send me the right information.
