Boiled corn and avocado puree

Macaroni and vegetable curry sauce with diced beef

Freshly boiled ripe plantain with spinach and tomato and beef stew.

This meal is great for kids. Plantain could be diced into smaller sizes for the little ones. Yummy and delicious.

Okro and boneless smoked fish soup

Milk and Banana Puree

Bananas can be mashed and mixed with the milk. Alternatively, yoghurt can be a substitute for milk. Yummmyyy!



Avocado Puree

Avocado is locally grown in Nigeria and you should not miss eating it and providing for your kids to eat it. Avocado puree is blended avocado and to make blending easier and the puree more nutritious, you can add yoghurt, milk and/or orange juice. For older kids, nuts; peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds and so on could be added to give that super nutty and delicious tasty finger linckin treat.
