OCTOBER CHALLENGE

Hey!

How are y’all doing? September was amazing. From the first day to the last week, it was filled with love, birthdays, family and all beautiful things. I didn’t get to eat the cakes but I had a nice time celebrating family and loved ones.

For the month of September, I met a number of targets and took work and business to the next level but I did not achieve all I set out to achieve for the month. In my next post, I will explain more and give a comprehensive account of what I did and did not do during my challenge for the month of September.

So this October, I will be preparing for the ‘December body’. December body is that body that you have always dreamed of, the feeling that you are in good health, comfortable in your skin feeling and absolute sexiness. Yes! I said that and that’s what I think. Most importantly, it has to be about what you think of yourself and not what someone else thinks about you. What you see in the mirror and what you think about what you see when you look at you.

You own, you drive and you win!

I love a lot of ideas that have turned into habits since January and so, I will continue and step up the game. Check out all my challenges from January to September, 2020. In addition, I will be doing the following:

Take walks with a target of 10,000 steps at least three times a week

No pastry, no bread and no sugar

Water, more water

More vegetables and fruits; salads and smoothies

Sleep on time

Spend 15-30 minutes meditating and Yoga

And a few additions to my spiritual life:

Celebrating week day Masses

Daily prayers with the rosary
