Growing up, I always knew what I wanted and I think it was because I read too many books and watched too much TV. I can’t remember having life planning discussions with any one while I was younger but I sure knew what I wanted even though I did not quite know how I wanted to get there. One thing I am definitely sure about is that I was influenced by my mom’s career experiences and I found it quite interesting and easily relatable to my life’s dreams and aspirations.

I am a hard worker and a great thinker. I am a creative and an innovator. I love to push myself and people around me to think like there’s no box, to adapt, to move, to change perspectives and wear another’s shoes and to not be afraid of challenging the status quo. I have been able to express myself in my brand-Jayne Whyte for the past 20 years and in doing so, I have consistently learnt so much about myself-still learning, growing and becoming better in what I bring to the table-my colleagues, friends, family and others.

Being able to put down my thoughts on paper right from the beginning, has reinforced me to remain focused on my dreams. This has worked for me and I believe that it would be same for anyone who wants to live his or her dreams. In 2016, I created the Smart Woman Life Planner. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. It was an unimaginable experience holding the Planner for the first time in my hands. After months of brainstorming, research and a printer who was always available to talk through the process and my business plan and who creatively captured my thoughts was the best thing I could ever ask for. The first batch of Planners were not the best of quality. We had cases of torn planners by the time they got to the clients and had to be returned and, changed and slow sales due to the timeline.

Four years and counting, we have been consistent in meeting the needs of young women and girls who are growth driven and want to achieve their dreams and live their lives optimally with quality Planners. I have never seen anyone who did not find my Smart Planners useful.
