Hi and welcome to the month of June!
Its been an interesting and beautiful year despite the global challenges and I am optimistic that things will become clearer and better as we go through the year. We are almost halfway through he year! It rained heavily this morning in Abuja, Nigeria and I think that’s just one of the ways God is reminding us that he exists and he sees and knows all. We can always trust him.
For June, the challenge will focus on the theme “growth” and like the previous month, we will have three challenges:
- Read a book
- Plant a flower/ a tree
- Eat fruits and vegetables at least once everyday through out the month.
Growth comes from the fact that we will be learning from the book we have individually decided to read, improving ourselves mentally. Planting a seed or a new plant and gardening means we are encouraging growth, encouraging something/ someone other than us to grow selflessly. Eating fruits and vegetables means we are tending our inner gardens, taking healthy decisions and taking care of our bodies.
A number of us plan to carry over some of the habits we formed in the previous month and so we are excited about that.
Please join the challenge and share with us what you are also learning in your growth process. What does growth means to you?
Have a fulfilling week ahead.
XOXO
Jayne
