- Start your day with an inspiration: Start your day by writing down what really inspires you. You could also put down a verse that speaks to your heart from the Bible or a quote from someone.
- Make a small list: Get a sheet of paper and put down your thoughts onto paper.Write down what you plan to achieve before the end of the day. Feel free to carry over from the previous day things you had planned to achieve but you did not.
- Schedule it: Draw a road map! If you think that you have set too much to achieve, reschedule for the next day.
- Focus! Focus on what really matters. Pick up 3 to dos and write them down.
- End the day Well: Make a ‘have done’ list. Think through about your successes and challenges. What worked well and what didn’t.
- Gratitude: Take a moment to be joyful at the end of every day
