Mr. Jim Iyke, Nollywood Actor, Celebrity, Producer and Entrepreneur was inaugurated as the White Ribbon Alliance Nigeria(WRAN) Special Envoy/Goodwill Ambassador for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health yesterday. Iyke would work with WRAN to increase awareness on male involvement in maternal and child health issues and bring additional attention and support for the reduction of maternal, newborn and child mortality in Nigeria.
We hope that he will use resources and influence in the movie industry to increase male involvement in Maternal Newborn and Child Health and galvanise support from decision makers and colleagues in the entertainment sector.
