Ingredients
1 freshly ripe avocado
liquid baby milk (optional)
Directions
1. Cut a small avocado in half; remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and mash or blend.
2. Some milk can be added to the avocado to reduce thickness.
3. Scoop the mashed avocado into a bowl and serve fresh.
