Ingredients (for four servings)
400g skinless and boneless chicken parts
Vegetable oil for frying
For Coating
100g plain flour
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp water
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of dry pepper (grinded) Optional
75g breadcrumbs
Cooking Directions
1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade (spices) and soak the chicken pieces for about 2hrs.
2. Pour the flour on a large flat plate
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add water, salt and pepper and beat well
4. Remove chicken cubes from marinade; shaking off excess and toss them in the flour
5. Then dip the chicken cubes in the egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs
6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken nuggets for about 2-5 minutes, each side until golden and cooked through turning occasionally.
7. Serve warm with cup of fruit juice or milk.
