Okay everyone this is my funniest Halloween costume this year; Joan Rivers dressed as Miley Cyrus. Isn’t she crazy like seriously? Who is crazier than Joan? I know how she yabbed Miley after that award show and to think that she dressed up as Miley is crazy.

 I watched Joan on Fashion Police twerking like Miley did and I just couldn’t stop laughing. Anyway, I hope Miley is laughing. Great job Joan!
