I call this method ‘survival of the fittest’ method of  birth control. Some women prefer this method…..I wonder  how they get to sleep.

Birth control is not a one size fits all thing. A method that is perfect for one women may not be perfect for another woman. choosing a method that fits your life is very important and what I intend to do every Wednesday on my blog is to enlighten you on different methods of Birth Control…some people call it child spacing methods, family planning commodities, family planning methods, birth spacing…..call it in anyway that suits you.  It is very important to understand the processes that are associated with these different methods and choose the one you think it’s best for you.

The blog posts on Birth control methods will be providing information only! it will not constitute medical advice because I am not a doctor…….I am only an advocate. and I assure you it will be fun all the way…lots of laughs and lots of sharing too.
