It is amazing to see how social networking and new media (facebook, twitter, myspace, google, YouTube and yahoo etc.) have revolutionized the way people interact and share information with each other. Presently, about 4 million Nigerians use facebook and is estimated to increase by 1million monthly. The rise in number of users is mainly due to more access to internet and mobile phones. Consequently, social media has become a valuable tool for advocacy and social change. Therefore, it provides inimitable communication avenue which can be leveraged to promote maternal , newborn and child health.

This event is one that shouldn’t be missed by anyone. It would make your good work even better and be sure to learn from the best. See you there!!!
